SHIPPING, HANDLING

Shipping in USA is free. All products are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided after product is shipped. If you are ordering art for holidays please be advised that shipping time will be longer than usual. 

Overnight shipping is available upon request for additional fee. 

International shipping available upon request for additional fee. 

All art shipping from Miami, Florida . 

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not permitted.  All approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a website credit or exchange. Made to order, personalized art work is not eligible for returns or exchange.

All made to order, personalized art work is finale sale. 

 

DAMAGED FRAMES OR ART

If you received damaged frame or art piece,

Please reach out to artbyrosej@gmail.com and I will do my best to make it right.  (excluding international shipping).

 

TURNAROUNDS

Art prices are made to order and have different turnaround time. 

 

HOW DO I ORDER MY CUSTOM PIECE 

Before art piece is created client will be able to fill out the “art form” where they will be able to describe in details what they  are expecting final product to look like. Client will be able choose color, letter font, size and any share any other special requests. I will provide sketch of art work and creation process  will start after client approves the sketch 

 

PAYMENTS FOR MADE TO ORDER ARTWORK

All payments are due in full before creation process begins. 

 

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Client can cancel order anytime before final approval. Cancelations are not accepted after art work process is started.

 

PRINTS

are sold without frames. 

 

WHAT IS ART MADE OUT OF?

I create art using acid and lignin free paper ranging from 40-60lb in weight and water based glue. 

 

CAN I REPRODUCE YOUR ART?

Please don’t. If you are interested in mastering the art of quilling, there are plenty of resources for beginners and recreating my art work is not one of them. 

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
