ABOUT

I grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina and lived there until 2008, when I decided to call USA home and live the American Dream.
I am a self taught paper artist passionate about spreading joy through my paper art.
My paper art journey started when the world was on pause, during pandemic. Creating vibrant and cheerful shadowboxes filled with paper roses was my way of keeping connected with my friends and family across the United States and Europe. Quilling, also known as paper filigree, is an art form that involves rolling, shaping, cutting and gluing strips of paper to create intricate designs. It dates back to the Renaissance but gained popularity in the 18th century. On edge quilling is form of quilling that fascinates me. It’s a technique in quilling where the paper strips are primarily manipulated and shaped along their edges, creating a different visual effect compared to traditional quilling. This method often involves delicate detailing, and the resulting designs can be more intricate and textured. Each piece is a labor of love and my greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that everyone who owns my art shares in the joy it brings. I enjoy introducing surprising concept of paper art to those who have never seen or head of world of quilling and on edge paper art. My vibrant, floral piece, created in sunny South Florida are always in bloom no matter the season. Explore my gallery and let my work bring a touch of happiness and inspiration into your world. Welcome to my world of intricate paper designs.
